Le contrôle de gestion hospitalier et innovations managériales
Résumé
Hospitals are subjected to profound transformations which force them to innovate and to control their performances. These innovations are made either at the instigation of the supervisory authorities, or on the initiative of the hospital. The accounting and the management control innovations are a part of “spontaneous” actions which the internal actors of hospitals implement to improve the functioning and mitigate the limits of the official methods.
The aim of this communication is to examine the process of managerial innovation in the existing empirical works concerning the introduction of management control techniques at the hospital.
All the stages of the managerial innovation process stand out from empirical works. This puts forward the processual approach of the innovation and its dependence towards each context.
Les hôpitaux sont soumis à de profondes mutations qui les contraignent à innover et à maitriser leurs performances. Ces innovations s’effectuent soit sous l’impulsion des tutelles, soit à l’initiative des établissements de santé. Les innovations en matière de comptabilité et de contrôle de gestion font partie des actions « spontanées » que les acteurs internes des hôpitaux mettent en œuvre afin d’améliorer le fonctionnement des établissements et pallier les limites des méthodes officielles.
L’objectif de cette communication est d’examiner le processus d’innovation managériale dans les travaux empiriques existants portant sur l’introduction des techniques de contrôle de gestion à l’hôpital.
L’ensemble des étapes du processus d’innovation managériale ressort des travaux empiriques examinés, ce qui met en avant la dimension processuelle de l’innovation et sa dépendance à l’égard de chaque contexte.
