This contribution was built around the first results of a global research project on the way of piloting the sustainable development and the management of small and medium-sized firms. In a first part, will be presented the main approaches of questions connected with the social responsibility of the company. In a second part, a statement of the international references, on the domain, in terms of management will be presented. This section will give place to a more specific statement of the SD 21000 guide - developed by the Afnor - proposing a methodology of autodiagnosis of the priority sustainable development stakes for the company. Finally, in the third part, a dashboard composed of stakes making the synthesis of the main themes in connection with the management and the corporate social responsibility of companies will be proposed.

Cette contribution a été construite autour des premiers résultats d'un projet de recherche global sur la manière de piloter le développement durable et la gestion des PME. Dans une première partie, il sera présenté les principales approches des questions liées à la responsabilité sociale de l'entreprise. Dans une seconde partie, un exposé des principaux référentiels internationaux, sur le domaine, en termes de management sera présenté. Cette section donnera lieu à un exposé plus spécifique du guide SD 21000 – développé par l'Afnor – proposant une méthodologie d'autodiagnostic des enjeux DD prioritaires pour l'entreprise. Enfin, en troisième partie, un tableau de bord constitué d'enjeux faisant la synthèse des principales thématiques en lien avec le management et la responsabilité sociétale des entreprises sera proposé.
