Characterization of uncooled ultra low-NEP LSMO bolometers at 3.39 µm and in the MWIR and LWIR bands

Résumé

La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 (LSMO) uncooled suspended bolometers have been characterized at 3.39 μm (He-Ne laser) and with a blackbody source at different temperatures. These bolometers could achieve ultra low NEP values below 1 pW·Hz-1/2 with few microwatts power consumption at 300 K.
