Special section on Aerospace control applications

This special issue of the Journal Control Engineering Practice focuses on fostering improvements that can be made by the application of advanced methodologies and novel developments in aerospace systems area. This issue contains four papers that have been selected from recent IFAC events by the sessions’ chairs and recommended for the journal publication, through the formal review process, provided an extension of the papers. These papers include the control application of unmanned aerial vehicles, aircrafts and missiles.
