Counter-propagating Airy beams in nonlinear media

Abstract : We numerically study the interactions of two counter-propagating Airy beams in a photorefractive crystal. By varying the Airy beams' properties and the photorefractive coupling strength, soliton-like interactions create new waveguide structures.
