Polarization Dynamics in Vertical-Cavity Surface-Emitting Lasers Subject to Optical Injection or Current Modulation

Abstract : We present experimental and theoretical results on polarization nonlinear dynamics in Vertical-Cavity Surface-Emitting Lasers subject to optical injection or current modulation. We discuss polarization switching, rich nonlinear dynamics, multi-transverse modes and their bifurcation routes.
